Have you just had a baby or are you pregnant? Do you want to get fit or stay in shape? Do you want to make new friends or do you want an exercise class that's for both you AND your baby/toddler - then R&M FITNESS is for you!
We offer exercise classes where you can walk, jog or run with your buggy or bump AND tone up along the way. We are the only classes that have two instructors to help you and your little ones.

- Bumps, Babies & Buggies (Wednesdays) in Oxleas Wood
- Individual and Group training (with or without your baby)
- Massage therapy in the comfort of your home
Rebecca and Michelle are the areas most qualified and experienced fitness instructors specialising in Pre and Postnatal fitness.
Rebecca is also a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist as well as a Qualified Nurse.
Michelle is a qualified Athletics Coach specialising in Running for Fitness.
AND we are both mums so we know what it's like!
We will tailor fitness to you and look after all your needs - come and join us, make new friends whilst having fun and getting fit!
